The week-long celebration, held under the global theme “Team Service™”, was marked with a series of engaging activities across the Bank’s branches. Management and staff used the opportunity to reconnect with customers, listen to their feedback, and reaffirm the Bank’s commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.

Customers were warmly welcomed to the banking halls with smiles, tokens of appreciation, and personalized service. In addition, staff participated in team-building sessions, motivational talks, and training programs, all designed to strengthen their customer relations skills.
